What you can drive with a B license

With a B license you drive cars up to 3.5 tonnes, with at most 8 people besides you. You can pull a small trailer up to 750 kg, or a bigger one if everything together stays under 3.5 tonnes.

You can't drive buses or big trucks, but in Italy you can drive mopeds, small 125 motorbikes, and large tricycles if you are at least 21.
