Agricultural and operating machines

They can have wheels or tracks and be powered or towed. They go on the road only if registered. They go slowly: operating machines do not exceed 50 km/h (45 km/h if on tracks).

As a rule they do not carry passengers, and never people standing on the trailers. A or B licences are not enough for special operating machines.

Word: Cingoli = belts instead of wheels, like on tractors.
