Advance warning of a traffic light in the roadworks

This sign warns you that further ahead there is a traffic light because there are works. In the centre it has a disc with a yellow light that flashes.

You find it in town and out of town, also before a point where the road narrows. It is not a STOP sign or a level crossing.

Word: Lampeggiante = something that turns on and off all the time.
