One-way parallel (turning arrow)
The turning arrow shows that road is one-way: if you go in the direction of the arrow you will not meet cars coming the wrong way, and then a U-turn is forbidden. It is not an obligation to turn.
Word: Inversione = turning to go back the way you came.
